. Additional fees will be required for a security officer from a city or state Public Safety Department and a building attendant. a. Security will be required at a function where alcohol is served. Security will not be provided by the Texas Masterpiece. The Renting Party will pay the cost of the security directly to the security service. Security must be present for the duration of the event. b. A building attendant from the Texas Masterpiece will be required when an event begins until the event ends. The Texas Masterpiece will provide a building attendant. The Renting Party will pay the cost of the attendant to Texas Masterpiece. |
