Weekend rental

Available Hours 4:30 – Midnight

Rate   $650 –for  6 hours  ($100 per each extra  hour or partial hour)

Security Deposit                                  $300 refundable w/o alcohol

                                                                $500 refundable  with alcohol

Gallery attendant                              $20 pr hour

Cleanup Fee                                        $75  

Security guard            1  guard required pr 100 persons

Daytime Rate 10:00 to 3:00          $125 pr hour/ 2 hour minimum  

Evening Rate 4:30 to Midnight   $550 for 6 hours  

($100 per each extra  hour or partial hour)

Security deposit required                         $75

Cleanup Fee                                                     $75  

10% off or rental rate for non-profit organizations

Rentals include Texas Masterpiece Gallery, gallery annex,  outside courtyard, kitchen and restroom facilities
