The caterer counted 172 full meals. Tables and chairs were placed in both the "Old Bank" and the "Art Cafe" buildings. There were several tables and chairs within the Walled Courtyard which is also where the caterer was situated. After the guests were finished eating in the "Old Bank", all but the bistro tables and chairs were removed to make space for the dancing. the "Old Bank" has few windows to avoid sunlight on the paintings which is perfect for dancing considering sunset was about 9:00 pm. The Art Cafe building is somewhat removed from the music allowing conversation. There is a circular traffic pattern allowing easy movement.
